Sikhye: a cold Korean malt dessert drink. After having it at a restaurant, I decided to try making it myself. The above is the result. Not bad if I say so myself. I halved the recipe because I didn’t want too much and it still turned out fairly well. I might add more ginger next time for a better ginger flavor. Yes, that is rice floating in the cup.
